Below you will find the current terms of sale and regulations for the lift facilities.

TICKET
Skip the lines at the cash desk:
- Round trips: direct access to the lifts with QR code
- Ski or tobogganing: pick up your ticket at the pick-up-station at the Naif and Falzeben valley stations
EARLY BOOKING:
BOOK 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE AND SAVE 3%
It pays to buy early: by purchasing a ski or tobogganing pass or a multi-day pass on the online shop at least five days in advance, you will receive a 3% discount. Christmas weeks are excluded.
Tickets will not be refunded, also not in case of illness, holiday cancellation or arisen obligations.

Children between 3 and 9 years old for free, but have to be accompanied by an adult (>16 years old). 5 and 10 rides-tickets do not allow to skip the queue.

Skipass and tickets for tobogganing are issued on Keycard tickets for which additional 2,00 € will be charged. The ticket remains in possession of the user. No refund of the fee.
Attention: the tickets are not transferable, in case of misuse shall be confiscated. No refund of the ticket in case of bad weather, loss, operational standstill, illness, advance departure.
